Our R&D team has over 20 years of research and development experience, having completed the design and manufacturing of more than 10,000 molds and fixtures. We can quickly respond to customer needs and provide full-process technical support from R&D design and sample production to mass production.

The R&D center is equipped with advanced CAD/CAM/CAE 3D modeling and CNC toolpath generation systems, and employs high-end CAM software such as "TEBIS" and "UG-NX" for mold design and CNC machining, in order to shorten the mold development cycle.

A coordinate measuring machine is used to verify forged components, ensuring the precision of molds and products. The company has accumulated 27 related patents, covering technologies such as multi-directional adjustable swing arms, wear-resistant bushings, dust-proof swing arms, and forming molds.
